There is so much more to life than this surface level we call physical reality. Knowing this and feeling it on very deep levels, I have always been interested in all things metaphysical. Over the years, I explored many forms of wellness and spirituality, spanning most of my life. This includes energy work, shamanic healing, medical qigong, sound healing, acupuncture, channeling, and meditation.

Teachings and teachers that have influenced me greatly include the channeled material of Seth and Bashar, as well as medical Qigong, Chinese medicine, and the traditions of Taoism, Buddhism, and Sanatana Dharma.
